How do the three $250 early-bird offers work?

The first three confirmed guests in bunk beds receive the $250 price. A request does not guarantee this rate. If the three offers have been claimed, we will quote the regular $300 rate before asking you to pay.

Are prices per person or room?

Rates are per person for the weekend. Every guest has an individual bed in a shared bedroom. A standard bed can be a bunk or a twin; assignments are confirmed separately.

Is my place reserved when I submit?

Not yet. This is a booking request. We will confirm your bed category, availability and payment instructions separately.

What if people in my group need different bed types?

Please submit separate requests for the standard and queen/king categories so we can confirm the correct totals. The $250 offer covers only three confirmed bunk-bed guests in total.

Is the weekend Shabbos-compatible?

Yes. The game activities are planned around offline, Shomer Shabbos-compatible participation.
